Founder

A doctorate from Bharathiar School of Management and Entrepreneur Development, Bharathiar University in the field of positive psychology. She performed as Senior Executive HR and Executive Secretary to MD at Chandra Groups, Coimbatore. Her latest contribution is a book on "Behavioural Dynamics and Contextual Performance - An empirical investigation among Knowledge workers", available at amazon_com. She has presented and published papers at various national/international conferences. She is trained on Research Methodology from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. She facilitates experiential workshops and inspires people on different areas of psychology viz., positive affirmations, personality assessments and mind practices for success, exponential productivity and personal mastery.

She completed MBA from GRG School of Management Studies and B.Com (Computer Application) from PSGR Krishnamrnal College for Women. Cleared National Eligibility Test for Lectureship in the first attempt (2010) and was awarded the Research Fellowship from University Grants Commission (UGC) in the year 2010. Worked as Senior Research Fellow during the full time doctoral programme.

During her collegiate education, she awarded the Best Outgoing Student for the year 201 0- I I , Emerging Leader Award 2009-10; Best Business Plan Award Winner 2008, Outstanding Meritorious Student 2009-10; Miss Proficiency and many others. Achieved the direct finalist in TATA Crucible, Coimbatore Campus Edition 2010 - no. 1 Business Quiz Programme. She is the recipient of YoungAlumna Award from GRG School of Management Studies 2015. She also addresses on various forums as keynote speakers,guest lecturer and panel member.
