How do I postpone my work???

Hey hai

How do you spend your day☺?? Have you noticed that most of the times we procrastinate the important things to be done in our day? Many times we have our goal sheets📈 and to do lists to be ready for the week, but we fail to take it ahead…

I would like to discuss with you a scientific reason that is behind this.

🤔What is Serotonin??

Serotonin is an important chemical nerve and Neuro transmitter inside the human body🚹. Low levels of Serotonin leads to depression. This hormone is an important hormone for the regulation of happiness, our sex drive mood swings, appetite digestion ,sleep and our social behaviour. When this hormone is performing in a balance the level or or in its good performance we are good to our maximum potential. But when it is low we are the same in reverse functioning..

🤔So how do we increase the levels of Serotonin??

Recollect all the positive moments of your life💁🏻.

Connect with an old friend👫👭who could help you to bring out that happy memory😁.

All these will help you to increase your Serotonin levels and help you to move ahead in your life positively👍🏻..
